How do we start?

You're probably wondering what it's like to work with us – what can you expect the process to be?  We thought we'd take the mystery out of the equation with this handy roadmap:

  1. Fancy a coffee?
    It all starts with a meeting.  We like to get to know our clients and, more importantly, we need to find the right event for what you’re planning.  Over several meetings we'll work out budgets, logistics, concepts…everything.

  2. Location, location, location
    What's a great event without a stunning backdrop?  Over the years we've worked with a lot of fantastic venues, and have built up some excellent relationships.  We'll choose the right venue that will really make an impact.

  3. All the extras…
    So many things go into making a great event.  From fantastic audio and visual equipment to exquisite cuisine, after dinner speakers to transportation, this is where we add in all of the little things that make your event picture perfect.
  1. Reach for the sky
    Need help marketing an exhibition?  Need sponsorship for your event?  We have a strong background in event marketing and sponsorship, which means whatever you’re planning, we can help you make it happen.
  1. On the day
    The big day has arrived and there is a lot to do.  We can bring in the staff to run the entire event, or just be there to coordinate with your team.  Either way, we're on site to ensure things run smoothly.
  1. Closure
    The lights are off and the band has left.  So the Thank You cards need to be sent, the equipment packed away and the bills paid…all the little things that have to happen after your event has finished.  We take care of everything, and will also arrange for a final meeting to evaluate the event.
