Red Harbour in partnership with SceneChange Scotland will be bringing to life the training objectives of West Lothian College later this month at their staff development day.

The use of actors to get a message across is a unique and inspiring means of injecting creativity into corporate events.

Stevenson College are also one of the first to jump on the band wagon. They are using forum theatre to dramatically illustrate the success of a year long project and the benefits this has brought to those involved.

Music lovers are in for a treat this Autumn, with plans for an exciting independent event in aid of home grown Glasgow charity Friends of the Beatson.

The charity raises funds to provide a relaxation and therapy centre for patients at The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre at Gartnavel Hospital.

Established in 2007 by a group of Glasgow business professionals who had been affected in some way by cancer, Friends of the Beatson has successfully introduced a range of complementary and alternative therapies, which prove wonderfully comforting and beneficial to individuals who are battling cancer.

Red Harbour Events is thrilled to donate time to support this inspiring charity, by managing what is set to be a not-to-be-missed gig.

This evening of live entertainment and music at Glasgow’s iconic arts venue The Arches promises to offer some of the best of Scotland’s one-to-watch talent – Kilter, Zuba Bassa Beats, Glasgow Gospel Choir to name a few.

Red Harbour will be supporting the MS Society with what is to be a key influencing event, exploring the policies and practises which affect those living with the condition in Scotland.

The MS Society Social Care Conference will aim to promote discussion and debate among political, health and care professionals, and explore how provision for MS sufferers and their families can be further improved.

Red Harbour will provide a vital role, including appointing the ideal venue, liaising with keynote speakers and ensuring the event’s smooth running throughout the day.

Claire Hunter said: “This event will bring together health and social care professionals, voluntary organisations and politicians whose work all has an impact on the lives of those affected by MS.

“I am very pleased to be working with the MS Society on such an important event and am looking forward to working to help make it a great success.”
